Wedad began to sing on radio when she was only 9 years old and since then her voice has been broadcast daily in all Arabic radio stations. The documentary explores her unique musical talent, her Jewish origins and her conversion to Islam, and becomes a poem about Wedad’s life through the music, texts and events that were her life’s highlights. Wedad died the 20th February of 2009.
