Natalia and Elena, two sisters separated since they were teenagers, meet nine years after. Natalia lives in Spain, since she had to flee Argentina after the disappearance of her boyfriend, Martin, and she goes to visit Elena, who recently moved to the United States. Their father left an unpublished novel after he died. Reading it, Natalia realizes that it tells the story of her family during the dictatorship and starts to put herself more and more questions.
